I know, i regret it so much. How did the person you loved and trusted all through college became this evil cold hearted bastard. He actually thinks its not a big deal. He's such an ass. I cant even tell my parents. We got married right after undergrad against their wishes so not i look like a moron. I just cant stop crying I worked so hard to get into my dream school. This is real guys, i swear. He just recently started to get possesive. He was never like this when we were dating or first married. At first i was very naive but now its as clear as day. Why he did this is beyond me. I dont think he knew the magnitude of the situation. He just thinks it'll be ok once he confess to them. Trust me, a divorce is in the future. Right now i just want to run away and never come back. How could i be some stupid to marry someone so evil. I have to wait until tomorrow to contact the school and lsac again.

i don't think he's evil from this. he's more like an idiot. personally, i think it's worse to be married to an idiot than somebody evil, because you can be evil but use it to help people you do actually like. if you're an idiot, you screw everyone you're close to.

How do i retract my resignation when they have already hired my replacement and i'm currently training her. I was schedule to move July 15. I wanted to take a couple days to pack and read planet law school.

This is exactly why I said that. There is more than one option and you don't need to defer yet you look like you want to make more problems for yourself. There is no need to go through the divorce right now -- a separation is more than enough for right now.

I know ok, i'm just terrified and scared so please forgive me. I have never gotten in trouble in my life so i'm a little new to how to react. We are separated right now and i have already called lsac and they said i should be getting a letter until then, theres nothing they can do i was told. I just needed someone to vent to. None of my friends are going to law school and i dont feel like explaining it all to them, inlcuding who or what lsac is so thats why i turned to the last place i wanted.

You could contact an attorney that deals with moral character and fitness issues. They might be able to help. Sounds like you have 3 problems:

1. Husband
2. Schools you were accepted to
3. LSAC

I think 2 and 3 can be fixed with an attorney (someone who deals with C&F issues), a sworn statement from husband stating that he sent the emails, and perhaps a polygraph (sounds lame, but could help).

The first item can be fixed with a good family law attorney.

Then again, your entire post could be pure BS.

i dont even know if getting divorced is sufficient evidence. law school is a big deal. honestly, i'm thinking of it vice versa and if i were married and loved my wife.

i would take the blame for her. we'd get divorced, then get remarried once she's passed the bar if i wasn't pursuing law myself.
