The GPA stats on the LSAC report are just based on people who apply to law school, right?

Re: C/O 2016 median lsat/gpa/class size
The undergrad does not attract many students with high test-taking ability. (The University of Iowa's mean GPA/ACT scores are not much higher than the mean stats of our local California public high school.) And that is enrolled Frosh. Of course, like all publics, Iowa accepts plenty of transfer students, some/many of which are lower stat students. While those transfer students are (obviously) not included in the Frosh matriculations numbers, they do graduate and apply to law school.Mine wasn't on there, large public in Iowa with average GPA at 3.16- Mean LSAT is 150 (couldn't find the median).
I was shocked to see my school averaged a 150 though. I can't imagine how anyone would walk into the LSAT prepared to score sub150, but it just shows how big of a bubble I live in.

I think that refers to everyone who applied, not those who matriculated.WaPost wrote: The school said the applicant pool maintained a median LSAT score of 168 and a 3.75 GPA for incoming students.

I admit it's LOL material, but for those of us who go to GULC, it's good news. 6% less competition for the available jerbs.
