But only if you apply for incoming class Spring 2012.
Just got this email as well. Didn't read the fine print about the spring 2012 thing though.

To those that solicited from Iowa--after you fill out the form asking for the fee waiver, are you supposed to send the LSAC report via LSAC (ie: spend the $16) or can you just print out the report, scan it, and email it to them (or something to that effect like printscreen and make a jpeg)?

Thanks

I got an email from UC Hastings today, but a fee waiver was not mentioned. Im thinking of replying and asking for one though.

I don't know if this was already posted, but I got a response back from UCLA today saying that requests for merit-based fee waivers will be reviewed in late September. If it has, carry on.

I got a UCLA (solicited) waiver... unfortunately that response might be a soft reject/"please wait for our next round". Although, it is likely that they might just be swamped now.

Maybe, since I'm a splitter and we all know how California schools love those splitter numbers. On the bright side, in for a solicited waiver to Michigan.

Successfully solicited waivers from Michigan, UVA, and Georgetown (174/superior).

Has anyone received a solicited or unsolicited fee wavier from Vandy or UT Austin? Had anyone tried? The Vandy app became available today.

Also, for those interested:
"If you already applied and paid our application fee, please reply to this message providing your LSAC account number and the mailing address to forward your reimbursement check."

Got a robo-email back from BU, they didn't mention merit waivers and basically just said to send financial info if I wanted to do that...

ugh I'm 1/5 now for schools I'm applying to

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
