Also got my third correspondence from MSU, waiver from Akron, email from Tulsa (I don't think there was a waiver, and UGA via mail the other day.

I wonder if WUSTL isn't responding to emails until they send out waivers?

any point in soliciting michigan? 3.9x/17x. i've gotten the other T14 waivers but waiting in vain for michigan. :(

Yes. I (3.6, 171) emailed them to ask for one. They told me that they distributed them through CRS, but that I did appear to qualify for one and I should email them if it didn't show up in the CRS checkout screen by the end of September.

So I take it they're doing 'invisible' fee waivers again this year? In addition to sending out notifications...
