Jeez. Well since I have a difficult name and they still got it right the first time I guess I really owe it to them to go there.

To continue the wonderful story, in response to my email which said "Hello - My name isn't Analiese, it's 02889," Dayton sent an email this morning with this as the subject line:
"Replyf from Dayton Law"
In my mind, they win the 2012-2013 application cycle.

Curiously, anyone have an idea how everyone's name could be wrong?
Do you suppose they imported everything into a css spreadsheet and deleted a column or something, thus skewing everyone's name by one when they generated auto-emails from said spreadsheet?

When they say "striking facility," they mean the people building it are actually on strike. We can see labor law in action!shifty_eyed wrote:IDK, guys... Dayton Law sounds pretty tempting. Just got the Duke PT/fee waiver email. I'm late to the party, but at least we know that there's a round of CRS-searching happening before October LSAT scores come out.

They have a "Law and Technology" program, but they can't figure out how to address emails to the right people????Yukos wrote:When they say "striking facility," they mean the people building it are actually on strike. something about a failure to make a distinction in the items being comparedWhiteyCakes wrote:They have a "Law and Technology" program, but they can't figure out how to address emails to the right people????Yukos wrote:When they say "striking facility," they mean the people building it are actually on strike. You guys joke about Dayton but my cousin wants to go there. She refuses to listen to me. Her parents might actually pay her tuition to go. Which is better for her but worse for them. They both work long hours and they don't have millions or a million in the bank. I don't want them to throw away money they don't have.
She thinks I'm just being a snob because I live in NYC and went to a T6. She has lived in small town rural Ohio for her entire life.
People do go to these schools.
Be happy you know better.

I have acquaintances from HS who not only attend TTTTs but traveled across the country to attend those TTTTs. I don't get that thinking process but some people are just dead-set on going to LS no matter what.sunynp wrote:You guys joke about Dayton but my cousin wants to go there. She refuses to listen to me. That 25th LSAT took a beating. 2011 entering it was at 169
Wow 25% LSAT
