Yup! They said on the phone I was the 5th person they called, so I'd be surprised if they started before that date.

Everyone does it, but I go to the least time consuming of the t14 (as far as I can tell) and even I am swamped with work. When I'm slacking I feel guilty.

It seems like the first Berk acceptance calls are happening today. See the Berkeley Admissions thread. It's definitely earlier than last year.
