Everytime I hear this Georgetown being on par, even just about on par, with t15-19 jazz I can't help but feeling lied to.

GT is just GT, all by itself. Between any of t19-15 schools at the same price as GT I'd take GT every time. I'd also just refer to it as GT because I do not have the time to type out whole school names. I only have time to type out this explanation to why I don't usually refer to schools by their whole name.

I oddly feel like I'm taking shots at the throne in some fashion, but I agree. GULC places in DC, doesn't it? Isn't that where a lot of people would like to practice, non-legal considerations notwithstanding?

Pretty sure UT and Vandy already have better/equal placement than the bottom of the top 14, so we might just start calling it the top 17 or top 20. Besides, Gtown is about as regional as those two schools in where it places graduates. I'd say you'd start calling it in terms of t10-12 national vs. 11- 50 regional schools instead of t14.

Its placement is regional because DC is a desirable region to work, not because it lacks national reach.
