I really have to say, I don’t believe this at all. This guy got accepted to NYU after taking the LSAT 7 times? I call shenanigans. Plus he has a 3.6.
A 171 w/ 3.6 is not a strong applicant to NYU w/ only one score under their belt in the first place, let alone 7.

Your point seems to change a lot from post-to-post. just saying.Daytukrjabs wrote:My point is that if anyone really wants a 170 and believe they could get it, then go for it. Be patient, persistent, and give it your best.dooterdude11 wrote: What you have in bold her is really not true. The obvious logical fallacy is to assume that because you achieved that score through persistence that any other person could also. I know plenty of people who couldn't score 155 on the LSAT if they studied for years. They're just not smart enough. Same is true for 170+, though much more so.

The Boalt with a 3.6 is what's making me (most) suspicious.deadhipsters wrote:I really have to say, I don’t believe this at all. This guy got accepted to NYU after taking the LSAT 7 times? I call shenanigans. Plus he has a 3.6.

Do you feel qualified to answer questions about the LSAT? I'd rather ask a wall rather than ask you anything about the LSAT. That'd be like someone asking Ross Perot the secret to getting elected President of the United States.Daytukrjabs wrote:I got the score that I wanted. I'm at a school that I wanted. Hmm... According to hourumd.com he has an 11% chance of acceptance. I guess Boalt really takes the holistic view of applicants….
