Early news reports are out indicating that V & P have amicably split from M after seeing employers and applicants leaving M in DROVES. V & P are currently in talks with other schools for a replacement. Inside sources say M took a cue from its football team during the talks and didn't put up much of a fight.

I feel like a top 10 perennial law school is going to drop out of the top 10... I think US News and World Report usually should have released the top 10 in alphabetical order by now...

Well, although I guess the reason for my hunch was off-base, considering US New's law school top ten preview came out late last year too, my prediction is still correct:P Michigan is no longer a top 10 law school, and I think this is the first time that has ever happened.

I have Michigan at #13. I also have UVA at #12, thinking that classifying the unemployed as a SFJ stat might not fly this go-around. In any case they’ll need a replacement acronym for MVP, unfortunately nothing as recognizable as MVP comes to mind.
