Nice work! Are there changes in LSAT and GPA ranges for any of the T14? Can you post the ranges for HYS as well?

thanks for this advice. i'm doing just fine as of now. i can no longer go to new york now that it's officially the t13, right?
sorry only t13 schools are national. at all other schools you will have to wear one of these upon graduation, which will make it hard (if not impossible) to move outside of the region:

How can you get the employment #s and such? Do you have to be a member, or will people be re posting it soon?

I contacted the hiring partners of each of the V10 firms. (side note: do you consider Latham & Watkins a V10 firm?)

Dude, all GULC had left was the "T14" designation. This is devastating for them.
Georgetown is still a T14 school and has a great reputation! With over 12,000 apps a year they have to be doing something right!

Yeah it really sucks because Georgia firms only recruit at T30 schools.

Atleast now I can tell people that I will be attending a Top 9 school as opposed to a Top 10. Helps the ego a little, right? right?

Berkeley is no longer as appealing as it was this morning and Michigan looks much sexier tonite, just saying.

I don't really know Vwhatever ranks for firms. What I do know is that, despite the dismal NLJ numbers that come from a large class size, those that were able to get a job said that bidding all NY, even without ties, was the best strategy, and seemed to work for people with decent (above top third) grades. I don't think that GULC suddenly lacks the ability to go to NY, and I'm pretty sure a decent amount of those firms recruit here.

Anyways, I'm out. Enjoy your night.

Sure, 12,000 apps, but they admit ~10,000 of those, right?

FWIW, dude, I'm kidding. Obviously GULC is as good as it was last year, and can certainly place into NYC.

ATL just had that article about schools placing highest number of grads in biglaw and seton hall was (IMO) surprisingly up there. rather be making money in the snow or poor at the beach...?

I think you mean T-15 on account of there being 15 schools in that group

well I guess if those Berkeley or Michigan waitlists don't pan out for me, UC Davis is even a better back-up than it was before!

So everyone on TLS constantly talks about the national recognition of the T14. Does this mean USNWR is frantically sending out notices to all law firms in the country that they need to start recognizing UT.....

I think the idea of T14 recognized anywhere but anything else is regional is total crap. I dont know where to draw the line, if there is a line at all, but this viewpoint seems ridiculous.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
