You have inspired me to write my own rejection letters. We need to let them know that we don't just accept these so called "rejections"! They are form letters! Our $75 is worth more than a form letter response! At least a little

sticker is in order.

While your rejection letter is excellent in some aspects, I do not believe that it is competitive in my rejection process this cycle.

I encourage you to continue rejecting other candidates, and I will see you at orientation.

Honestly, I think that letter is going to reverse at least one rejection.

watch man, UK will let you in after reading your rejection rejection due to the audacity of it. i honestly think that if you send that letter to every school that rejects you, at least one admissions official will love your sense of humor and let you in, or at least respond and tell you to apply again next year or something. good shit man

I've heard of people who were rejected submitting additional information that might change the adcomms minds; although, I've never heard of anyone specifically getting a decision reversed. Theoretically, they could reevaluate his file in light of his rejection of their rejection and change their mind. Seems like a long shot, but since his chances right now are 0%...

Exactly Sean. I am at Nothing, so I can only improve or stay the same. I am hoping that they send me a rejection of my rejection of their rejection letter. It will prove that there are some funny people out and about in our world.

This is so odd. I actually run to the mail now to check for rejections so I can send more letters. I'm like a little school boy, but then again, I am a little school boy.

Just for the record, I really do not expect to have rejections reversed, and I will be utterly shocked if someone does change their decision. I'd probably have to attend no matter what other acceptances I got.

on a more serious/slightly off-topic note: would it be rude of me to send my decline of admission letters with specific reasons why i did not choose the school (e.g. your students seem like they have sticks up their butts, your law library is in shambles, your clinicals blow..) or should i keep to the friendly "oh i'm sorry, but i've found something better"? i don't want to sound prissy, but i do think they should know exactly why i didn't like their institution.

So far, I've only had the one rejection and haven't sent out any more letters. I haven't heard anything back from UK, so I'm guessing that they were unimpressed by my witty humor.
