What about URMs?

I'm not a URM, but maybe there should be a separate discussion? The difference in acceptance numbers seem pretty substantial to the point that it would be highly ill-advised to use them interchangeably.

But if you're looking for an answer, I'd say being URM gives you a good shot with numbers at/between 25th and 50th percentiles. This is PURELY based on what I've seen on TLS exclusively. I haven't look at URM number through LSN or anything else.
