Re: Serious advice needed
I was not aware that your character and fitness report was available for employers to see. I thought as long as you passed you were good to go. I am not worried about passing C&F as I was never prosecuted, I am afraid schools will be reluctant to have me/doll out scholly and aid money and now that it might affect my job search.

There are law schools that have admitted far more egregious convicted felons than providing an escort service. I wouldn't worry about this as far as admissions are concerned.Bubbles1012 wrote:I was not aware that your character and fitness report was available for employers to see. Law firms run independent background checks which include an internal C&F evaluation. Government positions will do the same. I don't know whether your expunged records will come up, but if they are disclosed that definitely increases the likelihood that your previous less than boardroom etiquette pastimes would be uncovered

I would think that since that bar as a state organization could theoretically access expunged records but private employers (including firms) do not have access to those records your C&F for the bar would be confidential. If they ran an internal C&F expunged records would not have to be disclosed.
