Disagree. I find it amusing when nony plays straightman (well, straightwoman) to DaRascal's persistent derangement. Then again, I don't think I've followed DaRascal's TLS career as closely as you have. I'm sure the act grows old.

Do law schools still use the Socratic method? I feel like that's a win-win situation for me because if I give good answers I'll fly under the radar and if I give incoherent/dumb answers, the class will underestimate me and not realize that it just wasn't my morning that day.
