If your company is paying 80% of your tuition, will they also pay your salary while you're out of the office for three years? It seems like for you, more so than most, you're looking at a pretty big cost of opportunity here.Not really interested in going down the law practice route but I have a 80% corporate subsidized tuition reimbursement incentive with leave of absence.
Have you considered Northwestern's AJD, which would only take two years? It'd mean reapplying next cycle, but you'd get an extra year's salary out of the deal, and since you don't care about practicing law regardless, who cares.

Another vote for "why do you want to go to law school?" You say you don't even intend to take the state bar. I get that someone else is paying most of your tuition, but it's still three years and a lot of work. What's the point? There's no question CLS with 80% off is a great deal...if you want to be a lawyer.
