Refer to "Michigan" post above and good luck OP. I apologize for turning the thread in my direction, that wasn't my intention.

Good luck to all of you in your cycles.

This may sound like a stupid question but I have been on TLS for many rounds of the LSAT and this problem comes up quite frequently in passing. If you are sitting in a lecture hall, classroom, etc., how in the hell does a proctor even see where you are bubbling?!

I am in no way condoning this. If time is called then time is called I would never want to jeopardize my ethics for a point on the LSAT. I have just always wondered how this always comes up!

I'm sure some proctors look for this type of stuff and are close enough to see it. I'd bet that there are more people whose cheating goes unnoticed though.

I emailed lsac and they just told me to wait 2-4 weeks as they assess my case and make a decision. I got a lawyer involved as well so hopefully this does not affect what schools I apply to. I'd hate to prepare an addendum describing how a mean proctor lied and ruined my LSAT

Received a letter in the mail today stating that after reading my emailed explanation lsac has decided to not take further action against me!

Thank God! I was full of anxiety seeing this thread unfold, I couldn't even begin to imagine what you were experiencing. That person sounds like the proctor from the depths of all of our nightmares.

Congratulations to you, and good luck with your applications!

I know the proctor was just trying to do her job, but she was overdoing it, and it caused so much stress.
