To clarify on RU-C, here are the awards I received (initial offer, unsolicited updated offer, final offer after negotiation):

$12k @ top 25%, $8k /yr if less than top 25% but higher than 3.0 GPA after first year
$20k @ top 25%, $10k /yr if less than top 25% but higher than 3.0 GPA after first year
Full scholly @ top 40%, $10k /yr if less than top 40% but higher than 3.0 GPA after first year

They were unwilling to negotiate beyond this. I'm told that the "vast majority" of students with scholarships keep their scholarship, but who knows what that means coming from a school that says "many top students" get biglaw when only about 5% of the class gets it.

Loyola Chicago has a 2.0 GPA stipulation to their $20,000 merit scholarship.

To be more specific for Drake: Top 35% for full renewal/top 40% for half renewal/top 50% for ten percent renewal.

Thanks for the updates everyone.

I agree JMJ. Section stacking is really messed up.

Add that Tulane's curve is a 3.25 (top 75%) - so it won't be orange.

Mississippi College is top 20%.

Saw this thread late, but Alabama's initial offer is top 40%, but it seemed like many people got it down to 50%, and I actually got it to 3.0 (their median is something like 3.3 if I remember correctly). They also don't totally eliminate your scholarship, just reduce it to like $10k if you miss the cutoff.

I can tell you, I had scholarship offers from DePaul and Kent with no stipulations besides good academic standing, for the class of 2016 (the one that started this August), which is to the contrary of what has been posted previously on here. Perhaps some students have stipulations and others don't? Southern Illinois University (SIU for Google purposes) has a 2.8 requirement which works out to 45-55%.

WM's offer to me was good academic standing only. I think the GPA requirement + 8-10 hours a week is a fellowship requirement. If you get a merit scholarship, there are no stips besides not failing out.

Interesting. W&M said that I had to maintain a B average.

Yeah, mine did as well. But the retention data shows that like 1-2 out of like 40 students had their scholarships reduced or eliminated in each of the last couple years, so it must not be that bad.
