No joke, I used to work for a middle-aged politician who still uses a lycos email address. I didn't know anyone was still providing server space for that domain.

Incredibly unprofessional.

However, I don't think it will make much a difference. Adcoms might not even see your email address that portion of the application process is probably very automated in terms of contact information.

You probably just offended a computer server.
