Don't try an act like a lawyer, you are failing at it. Even as a 1L, I can tear this shit apart, most Addcoms are JD grads, they will destroy something like this

I'm sure this has been said already, but it seems like I have read countless interviews where the admissions dean explicitly says not to do "gimmicky" personal statements, and names writing a brief as an example... So.... yeah.
