Neither of my majors are up here... one is Urban Planning/Public Policy which is distinctly NOT political science, and a foreign language (European).

Hahaha, I just didn't want to list it specifically because I rarely run into people with this language, so I felt like that would've been outing myself for sure. Maybe towards the end of the cycle, though.

Primary major in History, but I do have full-on additional majors in International Relations (do not like the major at all), Spanish (because I love studying languages and couldn't stop), and International Studies (essentially compensation for doing two difficult language-intensive education abroad programs), and a minor in French plus a few extra French courses, but not enough for the major (once again, because I love languages and couldn't stop). I chose my classes very carefully and came into college with a lot of credits, so I was able to do all of them. I really wish I had chosen Economics or something completely different instead of International Relations. I enjoy my poli sci classes by far the least.

What can I say? I love school. They're not the most difficult majors, but I definitely feel like I've learned a lot and challenged the way I think. Hopefully they prepare me for law school.

NZA, your major does sound really appealing.

I overdosed on humanities during undergrad. Triple in sociology, anthropology, and women and gender studies. (triple doesn't mean I did more work than other people, just that I took a ton of courses in those 3 departments). Relevance of those majors to law? meh. But it sure was a lot of papers.

Noice, a close friend of mine was an Urban Planning major. She's now taking scalps as an anti-trust litigator with big NYC firm.

Hate to harp on what others have brought up already, but where the fuck is econ? One of the top 5 majors for people applying to law school, and falls into neither the hard science or humanities category...

We didn't have majors at my school, cause hippies dislike structure/credit requirements. If we had had majors I would have been:

Major: Philosophy/Poli Sci
Minor: Women, Booze, Dysfunctional Relationships

I really can't dispute this, but I, at least, was unburdened by the weight of worrying about a GPA as we didn't have those either; so I really did have time to kill.
