A flame is a fake account made to say dumb stuff.
A troll is someone that intentionally says thing to piss people off.

There is a way to check for NA blood. Its called the CIB (Certificate of Indian Blood) and if your truly native American you should have one. They used to sell them out in the 80's (some I am sure there are some fakes) but that's not really done anymore.

OP disregards the fact that many schools do require proof of tribal enrollment, however the answer (for those who do not require verification) is that asking people to "prove" their race is a touchy issue.
