Just wanted to check in with any other UWash hopefuls...where do we find "Form B"? I went on the application website and couldn't find it there.

It's usually in the "Supplemental Forms" section, click the button right under the "Main Application" button.

Did you apply to UW? There is no supplemental form that I recall for UW.

This thread is really confusing to me, because I finished my UW application a few weeks ago and definitely completely no dean's form. Maybe they stopped requiring it?

Has anyone applied to UW and successfully completed the dean's cert?

Form B is only for transfer applicants, not J.D. applicants.

Is Form B from Stanford the dean's cert? If so, I thought it was required for JD applicants. I certainly sent in a dean's cert.

Whenever my UW application goes final I could tell you for 100% sure. But the only thing holding it up right now is my CAS report, and I sure as hell didn't do a Form B. I did dean's reports for USC and Cornell only.

Yes, I am casting a bit of a wide geographic net.
