Actually, four classes is the max we can take for upper-level courses; 3 is the min, as it still meets the requirement for full-time student.

You're absolutely fine then man. If anyone says anything, which they won't, ever, just chalk it up to not being able to get the class or classes you need.PotatoMonkey wrote:Actually, four classes is the max we can take for upper-level courses; 3 is the min, as it still meets the requirement for full-time student.

Can't do all that over the summer..i'm studying for the lsat and devoting all my time to studyingKnockglock wrote:Then do it. Although i'd recommend flipping it around, and enjoying your last semester at college with a light work load. I don't think applications are that substantial tbh. It's the prepping for them, ie the LSAT prep, writing the PS and DS, sending in the transcripts and waiting to process, as well as LORs that takes a while. That's all stuff you can do over the summer.masterthearts wrote:yeah, but I can technically graduate in January, but don't want to. I only need 15 credits senior year to graduate. So, I figured I'd take one class less in the fall and work on apps. I will still graduate with more credits than I need

Just don't be surprised when they ask for your fall grades, see your lack of classes, then reject you...

In retrospect, I think I'll take 30 credits worth. To be on the safe side.

Screw that noise. IF you really want to get into law school take 12 credits a semester AND work full time at two jobs. That will prove your dedication. Are you a man or are you a goddamned potatomonkey?PotatoMonkey wrote:In retrospect, I think I'll take 30 credits worth. To be on the safe side.

Nah man, do you want to go to a T14, or do you want to go to Cooley??Cilent21 wrote:lol This is obviously TCRPotatoMonkey wrote:In retrospect, I think I'll take 30 credits worth. To be on the safe side.
24 hours in a day, 7 days a week = 168 hours a week. Anything less than 160 hours a week and you'll look to be slacking, and will be auto-dinged.
