Sorry everyone I am not a URM and did not grow up in the armpit of whatever city/suburb you're all from. Yea, I come from a long line of lawyers, who have built their successes by keeping much of the practice IN THE FAMILY.

NOWWWWW the elitism/air of privilege comes out. You're right dude, you deserve that 175K job because your "not a bad lawyer". Well there are a lot of "good lawyers" who worked their ass off to get to where you got just by batting an eye and mom and dad. Be greatful for what you have, but don't act like you did much to earn it.
