19, mostly fee waivers. In retrospect I should have applied to fewer safeties and more reaches, although that would have cost be several hundred more dollars. A pittance, in hindsight.

about 20. Mostly reaches. Getting a bunch of rejections is miserable but I keep reminding myself that I only need one acceptance then it will be worth my effort.

Looking back, it seems like a waste, even with fee waivers. There's only a feww that I'm genuinely interested in. The application stress got to me.
