If this year's rankings were the exact same as last year, the poster who came in second place this year based on the actual rankings would have stayed in second place.

Weirdly, almost everyone else's outcome (aside from second place guy) would be vastly different.

we know that US News will change at least one of the rankings because they want to sell shit so submitting last year's rankings should probably not be ok otherwise it's just gonna be a post count contest
