They were fairly generous last year and a very fast turn around time. I'd recommend applying just for negotiations purposes if needed.

updated matric year and starting to receive fee waivers now. got Duke PT today

Edit: I looked at your LSN, and your numbers are better than mine. If you'd like to you can pm me the template you used, and I can let you know if it is significantly different then the one I used.
