Wow! Illinois' drop is incredible. It would be insane to see them drop to a 150s median after the 167 a few years back.

I'm not surprised that NYU dropped to a 170, but I'm still kind of surprised. Isn't that 2 points in 2 years? Their 75th percentile LSAT used to be 175!

Part of me thinks it might come back a little since the number of projected Class of 2017 graduates will only be slightly higher than the number of projected Class of 2017 jobs, but then I remember that there are hoards of unemployed lawyers from the last 6 or so classes clawing for the same entry level jobs.

SMU finally posted their medians: 162, 3.63. 212 enrolled.
Didn't see anything for 25th/75th

This means that SMU and Stanford are the only schools in the Top 50 to increase their median LSAT for the c/o 2016

Emory's stats are here.

There was some confusion over what their real numbers are, since their website looked like it had information from previous years hanging around. The Standard 509 Report should clear that up.

Also some incomplete 25th/75th info we didn't previous have in the spreadsheet:

Given the continued decline in apps and its seemingly outsized impact on nyu, can we guess that nyu will accept at 170s with below median GPA that is above 25th to avoid dropping to 169, or is this wishful thinking?

The 3.28 GPA 25th is almost more embarassing IMO. At least a quarter of the entering class at NU couldnt hold a B+ average in college. Dat splitter friendly policy!

I was pretty much just at both and only got 20K a year. Duke (with the same medians and lower COL) gave me 30K per. It's possible they just didn't think I was pretty enough but seemed like a lot of median GPA+170s got 50K a year at NU last cycle.

I got the last laugh though when their median was only a 169. And now their 25ths are embarassing. Sucks to suck, NU. You hear that Johann???
