solicit gulc if you havent yet. they gave me a waiver within like 6 hours.

Lucky, my LSAT isn't as good as yours bee. Unless they're open on weekends, probably won't get an email until Monday at the earliest I just hope it's not a rejection lol.

Ugh, I have three more T14s to solicit and I REALLY not want to pay ~100 for an application...

Has anyone solicited GW and Georgetown successfully?

3.5, 173. I sent out merit fee waiver requests to Columbia, Penn, Georgetown, GW, and University of Houston a few days ago.

Columbia politely told me no.
Georgetown quickly gave me a fee waiver.
Penn basically told me "not at that time", but when I went to apply they had secretly given me a waiver.
GW never replied.
UH gave me a fee waiver.

Just a little sample size for you to work with. Good luck!

how do they secretly give you a waiver? is it something that is greyed out when you go to submit your app?

You don't see it until you get to the final confirmation or submission step (after all application portions are complete). It still might show a price in the first box, while some showed $0 for me.

My suggestion is to call any school directly that you're genuinely interested in putting an application in with. I'm applied to ten schools and have paid no more than the CAS fees.

Not sure about Columbia but Northwestern offered fee waivers for anyone who signed up earlier in the cycle. Probably too late now to sign up but shooting them an e-mail is worth the time.

Hey boss, saw you post in the December thread you got a 169 and was just curious what your GPA was?
We might be numbers twins, thats the only reason I'm wondering.
