1) Government employees who are interested in the part time program.
2) People with no DC area ties who a) want to work in DC and b) would rather be unemployed than work in NYC and c)did not get into UVA and d) have some reason not to care about the cost of law school (scholly, family, GI bill, etc...)

I wouldn't rather be unemployed, but I would forgo BL entirely/ take a significant pay cut to avoid working in NYC. I'm not that interested in Big Law to begin with, but a lot of people really, really don't want to live in NY.

OK, it is one of the other schools at Georgetown not the law school, but you have got to grab your competitive advantages where you can get them.

that was when public schools had no endowment almost and charged very little, that's changed.

Although I also suspect that their former students do not feel all that generous after having paid a metric shit-ton of tuition money to attend the school in the first place.
