I'd like to know this, I want to apply to Mich and haven't gotten a fee waiver and I'm not sure when the right time to solicit and ask for one is. I know its only been a day, but since I'm so borderline T14/T10 I'd like to get apps out as soon as possible

FYI, I got a 175, but haven't gotten all my transcripts in so no LSAC'd GPA. Are Duke and Michigan only doing people with official GPAs up?

Took Sept. test and just got a fee waiver for 09-10 cycle. Trouble is--I'm not planning to apply until 10-11 cycle (and this is indicated on CRS preferences). This school (and it looks like many) only gives one waiver. Anything I can do to have more waivers held off? Change preferences to 'not sure if/when I'm applying" on CRS? Apply anyway and defer ? (Not really ready to do this one..) Sorry, sort of OT.

You can change the year you plan to attend on CRS to last year - then you won't get anything this year, or just leave it as this year, and then when they have a spot for 10-11, just change your CRS intended enrollment year and you will pop up in searches next year. If you switch sometime before the June LSAT you should get the waivers with people who take that test.

Is there any place on TLS where there is an index of the email address law schools would prefer you to direct your fee waiver requests? Or should I just go to their specific websites and email the contact information address?

my gpa's a 3.77 lsac'd (went downnnn boo)
and i got a 175 too -- and no fee waiver / PT at duke
but this seems to be the trend for 175+

EDIT: i lied, literally just received duke waiver ONE minute ago.
not PT, but glad to have this!

So there's still hope. I wasn't going to apply to Duke but still not having a fee waiver is depressing.

South Carolina/Cincinnati/Duke/Baylor today so far. Eclectic collection, if nothing else. Always nice to know that I'm wanted somewhere, though.

And, not gonna lie, wasn't going to apply to Duke before. Definitely will now.

EDIT: Found my "hidden" fee waivers - UCLA, UVA, UMich, and UPenn. No go on Gtown, though. Ah well. Today is EXCELLENT!

173/3.99 -- maybe your e-mail provider is a bit slow? your stats certainly seem high enough.
