Re: Application Fee Waivers - Fall 2011 Applicants
i apologize if this has already been answered
but im submitting my transcript now to LSAC
and i guess now would qualify for fee waivers
my GPA, i think, on average is lower than most
can i email and request for fee waivers and talk about my GPA in context of being an engineer? I have a LSAT score that would prob qualify for some schools

Yeah, they were one of the first to send out CRS fee waivers, back in summer. I think I got it in July or August.2011Cycle wrote:Has Georgetown sent out CRS fee waivers or posted hidden waivers? Thanks

You can try, though my impression is that most schools (particularly T14) have fairly rigid numbers guidelines.silly101 wrote:i apologize if this has already been answered

Got it. I received "it would nice if you would apply" version. It's worth the $80-90. ThanksKnockglock wrote:Yeah, they were one of the first to send out CRS fee waivers, back in summer. UCLA and Columbia hidden waivers today
Just to catch up on the thread, here are other hidden ones received to date: NYU, Michigan, Northeastern, Northwestern, Golden Gate. A mix of non-hidden ones: Cornell, UVA, Duke, etc. I'm somewhat disappointed not to hear from Georgetown or Chicago, but I'll still apply. LSAT = 176.

Re: Application Fee Waivers - Fall 2011 Applicants
If I am currently living overseas and taking the LSAT in Asia, how will I get "fee waivers"? By mail or email? If by mail, then I've got a problem.
EDIT: I have an old LSAT (172) that some of the schools I'm applying to will no longer accept, so I found out I have to retake in October. May I get fee waivers from my old LSAT in the meantime? (I don't remember if I got any originally or not)

I know this has been covered, but how will this work for October first time LSAT takers? Are we out of luck for all of the schools sending out their waivers now?

Brooklyn Law School charges no app fee.
I think McGeorge /Pacific has a similar policy
