It also was unprecedented when they dropped like 15 or 20 spots to fall into the 40s several years ago. The current ranking appears to be more in line with their historical ranking.toplaw01 wrote:It has been foreseen that W&L improved their employment + bar passing rate significantly, but increasing 12 spots is unprecedented !

Modz pleaze! "T13" is offensive to alums and students of both venerable institutions who claim the 14th spot. I hereby request a word filter to change "T13" to "T14."

Also due to the recent confusion, please add a word filter to change "UT" and "University of Texas" to GULC so as to avoid confusion when the schools making up the T14 are listed. Any idea why Vandy dropped to 17 below UCLA and UT? They did great last year at 47% BL/FC.

Quick question: Is there a chronological list of BL/FC numbers of schools?

We have come to the conclusion that it is now to be called the T13 here at my t13 school. UT is a regional school (whether they like it or not), and GT is really GTTT. So, T13 it is. UT and GT I imagine will now try to make T15 a thing lol

What conclusion will you come to next year when UT passes your school in the rankings? GULC kids also once thought they were safe and smugly tried to exclude UT. No school is safe with UT on the rise.grades?? wrote:We have come to the conclusion that it is now to be called the T13 here at my t13 school. Re: 2018 USNWR Rankings
If UT knocks off Duke/UVA, I will fly to the moon on the back of a rocket strapped pig. But truly UT is still regional, they do not have the national brand nor employment stats. It was a long time coming for GT, but UT doesn't get automatically included into the group now. It is t13, the last bastions of national law schools. Berkeley is on its way out too, soon it will be the t12.wiz wrote:What conclusion will you come to next year when UT passes your school in the rankings? The purpose of this thread was for Cap and I to share light-hearted zingers about each other's lower T14 schools. Now you guys have ruined it and, in the process, hurt my feelings.

If anything, Berkeley has become more regional in recent years - it now places 77% of its class in CA compared to 83% of UT in TX.grades?? wrote:If UT knocks off Duke/UVA, I will fly to the moon on the back of a rocket strapped pig.
