Well, you may have the nagging feeling that had you applied with the same numbers a year or two later, you might have squeezed some $$ out of your current school. But other than that, I don't think falling numbers hurt you in any real way, particularly when other schools are also taking hits.

I like seeing the falling medians. Falling medians benefited me and I like to see more TLSers have success.

Curious about Chicago because I don't want them to be ranked ahead of us. Couldn't care less about Stanford because, like Yale, their medians could be way higher so a change in either direction wouldn't be that interesting.
