I do appreciate the advice though from some of you. I think I have a good idea of how to handle in it.

FYI: I was suspended with only a couple of others. The fraternity still goes on, but we were all kicked out. It's been difficult as hell and NOBODY can agree with us/sympathize with us which is very depressing.
The only good way to handle it is to show remorse and repentance. So far, you've shown neither but seek to shift the focus on external factors (the school administration, society). No reasonable adcomm is going to risk their school's reputation, especially when there will be hundreds, if not thousands, of candidates equally qualified but without such a disciplinary record.

Really, think of it from an adcomm's perspective. An application comes across your desk that says "Four week suspension for 'rowdy behavior.'" and tries to describe it in the vaguest terms possible. Your bullshit detector should be blaring. At the very least, you will not be given the benefit of the doubt for any ambiguity.
Why should I show remorse for something I was marginally involved in? I really don't give two shits except or the fact that it has been a serious pain in my ass.

You were screaming racial slurs in public? You're all done slick. You might be able to repent and get past it if you understood how this sort of behavior is viewed, but you appear to be too dumb to realize the giant fucking hole you've dug for yourself here, at least with regard to law school.

I'm not dumb ass wipe. I understand it looks racist but said it maybe 2-3 times and we thought no one was around. This obviously looks awful on paper and I realize that, but sometimes schools make mistakes and blow things waaay out of proportion. But i'm not stupid I'll say the magical words that have been suggested here.

You got kicked out of your fraternity. Having belonged to a fraternity, this indicates an exceptional level of asshattery. This is more damning than your suspension to be honest. Your drinking buddies don't want to hang out with you any more because you're that dumb? Different level dude.

I hope you realize Adcomms are all over TLS and this isn't exactly a DWI. You'll be pretty easy to identify. I'm sure they'll love that you don't care about your racist and offensive behavior.

Actually, they kicked me out because they had to publicly. Alumni an school execs were putting pressure on them too.

Absolutely. I loved it - one of the best experiences of my life. I'm not offended at all because I've heard it all before. A lot of people somewhat misunderstand us but, more importantly, MOST RAs absolutely suck. I very rarely wrote anyone up or did any of that stuff simply because it doesn't work. 18 year olds are adults too and should be treated like them. Why would I write them up for stupid stuff like being loud or coming back drunk? It makes people afraid of you and when that happens then it is much more dangerous. Instead, I tried to establish mutual respect. To this day, I still have old residents of mine call me when they are in a huge bind (usually related to drinking) and they know I will help them. I'd much rather have them do that then potentially make life ruining or life ending mistakes.

Now I'm going to get off my soapbox.

I kinda want to know what OP was yelling, and if it was more equal opportunity racism or just directed at one race.

I've never heard of a college or university suspending a student for an arbitrary number or weeks like that. Usually suspensions, if they happen at all, run at least a full semester. Doesn't the school have to have attendance requirements to get its accreditation?

Wait were you the [specific fraternity] member from another chapter who came and yelled trayvon at a number of passing black students and then proceeded to throw bottles from the top of the [specific fraternity] house at [university]?
