Having a $600 cell phone is a display of wealth. Not sure if you got the memo, but chicks dig wealthy guys.

I had said $600 phone when I was working 30 hours a week at $9/hr. Not sure that an iPhone screams "wealthy" any more than it screams "piss-poor financial decision-making skills."

Not to commit thread gravedigging, but Circus Ponies announced their iPad version of their Notebook app. Any new consensus on using one for law school? Anybody try it this past semester?

What would you use an iPad for in law school?

Books? Physical is probably better.

Notetaking? Laptops (heck even pen/paper) are far better.

I can't figure out how to use Google - is that what it is? Because I might buy an iPad for that. Other than that... aren't they like, portable TVs?
