Does this happen to anyone?

After submitting PS or DS I got some ideas that I wanted to include into PS or DS...
It's not like you sit and can write all of the things you want to put into PS, right?
This is why I submitted some of my apps really late...
Does this happen to anyone?

I don't think its unusual to think "hey I should have done this or that with my applications" but I think this thought would happen no matter what ended up being submitted so I try to just let those thoughts go.

Good to know it is not only me...I thought everyone submits PS when they feel it is perfect.
I guess I just have to let it go then.
