This is not very good. You dont mention yourself at all, except for the last two sentences which seem like they were kind of slapped on with little forethought as you got to the end of your page limit.
Think about writing on something that involves you. This is just an anecdote from your job, one of many as you say, and doesn't even seem to feature you in a particularly active role.
