At a complete loss

Post by mjt3 » Thu Oct 20, 2016 9:51 am

My LSAT was not nearly as high as I had hoped and I am so pressured to write this outstanding personal statement I don't even know where to begin. Does anyone have any suggestions of how to really get started. I am so paralyzed by pressure I am really struggling on this portion of the application process.

grades??

Not to be crass, but your personal statement even if the single best ps ever will not make a difference in helping you get in somewhere where your lsat doesn't already get you in.

Instead of doing this, you should focus on studying again and retaking.

Yeah getting a higher score on the LSAT will also be easier to do than writing an outstanding PS

I agree with the above and with the advice you seem to be getting in your other recent thread (http://www.top-law-schools.com/forums/v ... 2&t=270242). Retake, even if it takes you some time.
