What is the best resource for PS guidance? Forum

Does anyone recommend a good book or website (besides TLS) to help you refine you structure and wording? Or if someone can direct me to a thread on here that someone made that is considered the holy grail?

This isn't super comprehensive, but Asha (Yale's dean of admissions) has written on PS's a lot. Check out her blog/vids.
