The sentence about the faculty comes off as unforgivably kiss-ass (as does a good chunk of the first paragraph). If you're going to talk about faculty, then pick one or two teachers who are doing work you're interested in. Talk about a research project/book/article that gets you excited to work with them. Don't just call them "preeminent legal minds" and then slide on to how great the dean is.

Your "Why [X]" statement should always be about why the school is a good fit for you and your goals. The admissions department already knows that they're a good school. They don't need you to reinforce the generic points from their website.
