PS draft -- too preachy?

I'm not sure it really seems like a PS. What you've written here is an essay that makes me think this organization is really great. But the organization isn't applying to law school. You are. I don't learn enough about you, why I should want to admit you, stories about you, why you want to go to law school, obstacles you've overcome, etc. (A PS doesn't need to do all of these things, but it should do one/some.)

I agree with MK. This PS is like, 80% praising the org and 20% about you.
