1) you say way too much about the theft, all that victim less crimes innocent people crap is overkill. I'd drop the never do it again stuff too, especially when you have two more things.
2) offense is the preferred spelling in America,
3) I don't understand the charge on the last one, were you accused of speeding ? Whats the relevance of the Odometer?
4) Double check the specific requests, many schools don't care about moving violations.
If you're applying now tho, you're indeed fucked. I can not stress this enough, do not apply in March if that is the plan, just chill and apply Sept 1st.

Thanks for the feedback! I am definitely waiting until next cycle to apply though. It would be suicide to apply now.
