Talking about a fault in my ps? How to do it

Post by Anonymous User » Sun Nov 08, 2015 10:52 am

Hello, I'm trying to write about what aspects I've learned are important in leadership through my experience. I want to write about this time in an emergency where my team helped manage the problem. The only this is, I did not feel like it was a prime example of my leadership, but instead of teamwork. I want to say either that I learned to trust others because a leader can't do everything themselves. Would this look bad? Sorry if this doesn't make sense, if you want specific information please Let me know and I'll PM you! Thx

IMO, you should frame it in the positive light first to leave your impression. Then during your narrative, explain how it came from an original weakness to show growth, without detracting from the original framework you set up

hope that helps, hard to give more without concrete examples
