Yale 250 critique.

Post by BillsFan9907 » Thu Oct 02, 2014 3:55 pm

Anyone willing to take a look at my Yale 250. It's on a topic that interests everyone: the criteria for establishing occupied territory.

Yes, if you PM it to me within the next hour. ( I don't come on this website as often as I would like.)

I don't know if writing about a legal issue is a very good idea. Are you sure you know what you're talking about?

Even if you know what you're talking about, everything about law school is based on the (incorrect) assumption that you need to go to law school to have valid and sound conclusions about the law.

I really do wonder how positively disposed they are toward this kind of thing. It might be worth it to ask Spivey et al. about the advisability of this sort of thing. The adcoms probably get so much bad legal analysis in these things (making no judgment about your work), that they might not take you seriously from the get go.

Yeah. It's been my career for a while.

Any suggestions on a good topic for this particular essay?
