Can I re-use my personal statement again as long as it's for another school. For example, if I was accepted to school A can I apply to school B with the same statement?

Maybe I should have clarified. The personal statement is being re-used for a different cycle. I know that for the same cycle you can use the same one throughout.

As long as you've revised it (if needed) and are satisfied with it then I don't see a problem with reusing it

Still a yes. Just know schools probably still have it on file if you're reapplying to the same schools with the same PS.
