Prior-military personal statement

Hello,

I'm looking for someone to edit my personal statement. I want to make sure it reads clearly and I'm not throwing around a bunch of military jargon that will make my statement unrecognizable. Also looking for advice on formatting, I've written a million military memos on letterheads but never anything in the civilian realm.
