Or is it

My father worked multiple jobs for many years in order to raise my brother and I.

And a simple way to remember: try to write the sentence without the other person. You wouldn't say "My father worked multiple jobs for many years in order to raise I."

Since both you and your brother are objects, you would use "me".

If you were both subjects, you would use "I", as in "My brother and I went to the store".

The way to test which is correct is to break your original sentence up into two sentences, one for each of you:

"My father worked multiple jobs for many years in order to raise my brother."
"My father worked multiple jobs for many years in order to raise me."

Since both of those "sound right" (or should), you know that "my brother and me" was the correct construction.

But if you do it the other way:

"My father worked multiple jobs for many years in order to raise my brother."
"My father worked multiple jobs for many years in order to raise I"

That second sentence should make your skin crawl.
