GPA Addendum for ADD? 2.83 GPA/ 175 LSAT

2.83 GPA/175 LSAT: I'm looking for advice as to whether I should tailor my addendum towards my ADD or just undergraduate negligence. I was diagnosed my senior year of college after reading about some of the symptoms. After working on some coping strategies I have developed much better habits, my greatest triumph thus far being LSAT prep. However, I understand if those reading applications are wary of such an over diagnosed LD. I guess I'm just going back and forth on whether to include this or not. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Provided it was an actual doctor who diagnosed you. Not you diagnosing yourself based on the internet. Stress how you're compensating now that you know
