Personal Statement spacing

Hello to all. What has been y'alls experience with the spacing enforcement of the personal statement? Most require the double space, which is 2.0 spacing, but would changing it to 1.5 to allow more wording be detrimental?

Yes. It would probably be fatal. Show that you can follow instructions. Learning to write persuasively within word constraints is part of being a lawyer.
